Now, Japan is facing so many challenges, such as a decrease of population, dealing with globalization, the world economy, and recovery from the natural disaster. It is the confusion era around the world. Education of young people for the future is very important issue in Japanese society. We aim to accept a variety of human resources, not just Japanese but foreigners from around the world of all ages. Developing a philosophies of life and improving good communication skill are also necessary. We develop healthy human resources, opening mind to inspired things, having the antenna of sensitivity. Hopefully, we’ll make a better society in this world.
